Plot-
Letters to my Son is a simple yet powerful and heart breaking story of selfless and unconditional love and devotion that Aarav, a widowed father has for his only son Nirav. The story is mostly narrated through letters written by Aarav to Nirav, but why did Aarav wrote those letters? What is so important in them? (Read the story to find out)

Review-
.
Positive points-
●The story though short(10k words) captures brilliantly a fathers' complete devotion to his son.
●Through the story of Aarav nd Nirav's life we can get a clear picture of our society where the life of a parent revolves around their children, yet sometimes their children fail to truly understand their parents.
● The story depicts another angle of love through Nirav & Mirnalini's relationship and also through the love between Aarav& Mirthulla who faced the real hardships of life.
● The most brilliant yet shocking revelation in Aarav's letter throws a challenge to the reader who is forced to contemplate their actions had they been in Aarav's place.
.
Negative points-
◆Though the story is a nearly perfect creation an author can deliver to the world, it would have been great to know all the characters in the story more in great depth. Thus to put it in short, the story would have been more layered, if it was a couple of pages  longer.

.
Recommendation-
This is a must read story for everyone, mind it everyone. Parents & children both should read it to make their connection stronger in order to communicate between themselves. I personally felt that the author captured their relationship in an perfect blend of emotions. .
