Review-
->Positive points-
◆The story described as "macabre"(by the author) spins complexly yet intricately which ties 3 stories in a single account.
◆The author describes an idea which already prevails in our society yet overlooked by many that the most heinous crimes are committed by diseased mind & not diseased souls & thus supporting the concept of- "Hate the Sin not the Sinner".
◆The issue that even most hated criminals can undergo changes within them & lead a normal life according to the norms of the society has been portrayed brilliantly.
◆The burning issues of treating mentally ill people shunned by the society has also been demonstrated in a most lucid way.
->Negative points-
●The plot becomes tiring and confusing at times.
●There are some chapters which move at an extremely slow pace.
.
Recommendation-
People should atleast read this story once in their life not because its a bestseller, not because its a gripping thriller, but because its a account which shows you the truth about workings of a diseased mind in a simple mannerism easy enough for every audience. Aashish Gupta has done a brilliant job with his debut novel.
P.S.- A piece of advice, read it slow so that idea seeps in your mind fully.
